Silas // Sidar Combat Artifacts

Commander / EDH Artifact Budget GWUB

Hailfire

These two commanders are specifically powerful together, due to their complimentary colors and abilities. Sidar Kondo of Jamuraa enables Silas to consistently be able to activate his combat damage trigger, and gives some slow, but reliable incremental value, getting some good benefits from combat damage triggers, with several powerful plays, massive card draw, disruption and even some win conditions ( Dimir Cutpurse , Bident of Thassa , Larceny ). Silas Renn, Seeker Adept on the other hand allows the deck consistency, as you are able to recur any kind of card you need through artifacts with sacrifice effects or are big removal targets. This, in combination with card draw from Sidar's side of the deck allows you to continually ramp, remove enemy creatures, or replay big threats, along with a few cards that benefit from consistently playing artifacts each turn ( Wayfarer's Bauble , Executioner's Capsule , Metalwork Colossus , Teshar, Ancestor's Apostle ). There are several cards that have a very interesting overlap between the two themes, and these are often among the most powerful cards in the deck ( Thopter Spy Network , Elbrus, the Binding Blade  ). This deck can do many powerful things, but often does them slowly enough to avoid drawing the attention of the table as aa threat, and your reccurable instant speed answers can give you leverage to politic your way into a position to win out of nowhere. Note that this is a budget deck, and while there are some very powerful cards that would be great in this deck, they might have been excluded due to price. Constructive criticism is welcome!
