This is a fairly standard Purphoros, God of the Forge list.

Don't you dare cast any spell that puts creatures in play without your Commander in play. All damage is important, and life totals are the axis at which this deck wins or loses the game. Board is irrelevant.

This deck attempts to gather mana to combine large token generators with Fork effects. These spells are versatile and can also be used to copy opponent's spells to rid the board of anything problematic to our win condition or immediate survival. We also want to combine Purphoros' ability with Furnace of Rath effects. Untapping with damage doubling usually results in a win.

Dualcaster Mage goes infinite with Heat Shimmer, and wins out of combat with Purphoros, God of the Forge in play.

This deck, being Mono Red, must be built and played extremely linear with a critical mass of repeated effects to combo with our Commander, therefore the deck is extremely light on interaction. It is possible this list runs too much ramp, but it needs more testing.
