The goal is to let them fight over being monarch and always conspire with others against the most dangerous opponent. Lots of board wipes to never let go of control, but try to keep one or two alive, so your plagues stay. Stax and plagues will keep the board manageable, but be careful not to draw too much attention to yourself. Threaten and trick your way to the win.

One of Marchesas Deathtouchers and a Viridian Longbow is probably my favorite.
