{U} Nezahal, Primal Tide {U} Mill {U}

Draw-centric deck that gets an engine going before pivoting to a mill strategy to finish off opponents.

Once card draw sources are established and mill pieces come out, this deck can get some impressive momentum going and it's not uncommon to win by decking each opponent while they try to stop you.

My Rating: 6/10 - It's actually a somewhat difficult deck to stop since it draws so many cards and the commander is both uncounterable and hugely evasive. It thrives in a slower meta without heavy interaction, though it has a few counterspells that go in line with the drawing cards gameplan.

Game Plan

Win by establishing a lot of card draw and milling out your opponents as you do it. Use a limited amount of counterspells to make sure Nezahal and mill effects stay on the table to further the game plan.

Alternatively, if you've drawn through just about all of the deck, mill yourself and win with a Jace, Wielder of Mysteries or Thassa's Oracle. If the effect gets removed, use a Clear the Mind effect to reset library size and put your opponents at risk of milling out before you.

This deck plays a limited amount of creatures, but the ones it does play get big. Nezehal is a good blocker if the heat starts coming, for the expense of 3 cards from your hand.
