The Knights of the Reliquary were a knightly order from the Shard of Alara known as Bant. They were led by the highest ranked Sigiled on the plane, a commander by the name of Rafiq of the Many . Rafiq spent most of his time journeying across Bant acting as a champion, however never picked sides, his involvement depended on the balance of his obligations to the numerous sigils he dons.

An Exalted deck featuring Rafiq of the Many . The goal is hit the opponent for 21 commander damage.

And if that isn't super optimal, what you've got to do is drop as many Exalted creatures/lands/enchantments as possible, and then swing with Mirri, Weatherlight Duelist or another big creature (i.e. Knotvine Paladin ) while Silent Arbiter is out.

Also, Finest Hour makes combat better for you in a multiplayer format.
