This deck contains a whole bunch of pingers to buff our commander, Kazarov. Kazarov gets bigger based on doing damage to creatures our opponents control, but this isn't based on how much damage we do to each creature. So there's lots of spells in here that do 1 damage to each creature or something like that. We can make these boardwipes by giving them deathtouch, but that's more of a meme than anything. Although this deck works best against tribal decks, it can still work against decks without a lot of creatures because of inclusions like Akroan Horse and Varchild's War-Riders , which generously gift our opponents some delicious 1/1 snacks for Kazarov to consume.
