Initial draft. Name of the game is dash out big creatures with the commander or cheat them out permanently with the amulet until you have enough mountains to hard cast. Get creatures, turn sideways, prosper.

Need to muse over the list further, but probably need more chumps and some more point removal, so some of the creatures in the current list might be on the chopping block. Biased everything to either have an ETB trigger or a Combat damage to player trigger that either dumps damage, eliminates blockers, or spawns tokens. Supplemental damage from Purphoros, Warstorm. Damage amplifiers to try and get the job done faster.
