A simple Vampire-tribal deck that's meant to be played in a mostly-casual environment. Should I include Corrupt or Consume Spirit etc.? Budget is a very important consideration for this deck so try to keep any suggestions budget friendly! I'm also looking to keep this to Modern-legal cards as well.
