Use the walls to prevent Khârn the Betrayer from being dealt damage when someone inevitably attacks you with your own commander. Since the wall will not deal Khârn's damage, his abilities will not activate. Use this to entice your opponents to swing your commander at everyone else as you build your board. Should someone you do not wish to control your commander gets control of him, simply ping him for 1 using Cunning Sparkmage, Vulshok Sorcerer, Pyrohemia, or Fireslinger. Thereby forcing him to betray his new controller. Permanently goad him (Assault Suit, Bloodthirsty Blade, Shiny Impetus, Vow of Lightning) as quickly as you can to keep Khârn's angry directed everyone else.

Once Khârn the Betrayer's wrath is directed at everyone, other than you, build up your board with walls (Wall of Stone or Wall of Heat) & tokens (Hellion Crucible & Kher Keep) for protection and get equipment onto the battlefield that makes it a dangerous idea for Khârn the Betrayer to be returned to you. Ring of Valkas & Armory of Iroas for example. Then force Khârn the Betrayer to be returned with the aid of Frenzied Fugue, Besmirch, Bloody Betrayal, Harness by Force, Brand, Homeward Path, and Captivating Crew. Proceed to then smash face and hand him off to the next player in line and watch as they are then forced to smash face against their will. Khorne cares not from whence the blood flows, only that it flows. Death Kiss can be very spicy at this point.

Brash Taunter & Stuffy Doll can be used to redirect the damage, despite it not being commander. Pariah's Shield on Amaranthine Wall, Brash Taunter, Darksteel Myr, Stuffy Doll, or Khârn the Betrayer himself will negate any damage coming your way and allow you to survive as everyone pops off. Grappling Hook for double strike plus anything that grants trample (O-Naginata, Rush of Adrenaline, Lightning Spear, The Reaver Cleaver, Footfall Crater) and choose the weakest point in an opponent's defense to bleed commander damage through. Prowler's Helm, Rogue's Passage & Suspicious Bookcase to sneak a rage filled screaming bloody murder 8 foot tall Chaos Astartes through. Insurrection and preform the ultimate betrayal and kill an opponent with his own creatures.

You shouldn't expect to win with this deck, but it has happened under the right circumstances. The deck is made to force the game to progress with card draw as the commander moves about the battlefield, occasionally in your favor with Infiltration Lens & Tome of Legends to keep up with everyone else's new found card draw. I made this deck to be a bit of a shitlord and force my opponents to betray each other as I watch gleefully. There will be no alliances only betrayals and praise be to Khorne as the blood shall flow thick.

EDIT: I took out the pingers in placement for goading creatures since most people tend attack you since your open alot.
