Zurgo Helmsmasher is the commander of this warrior tribal deck, he is one of the most aggressive commanders you can possible take and he also has a big lategame potential - a 7 attack indestructible creature is never easy to block. The problem with Zurgo is first of all his toughness - when its not your turn and his invulnerability wears away he has only 2 toughness (thats within even Lightning Bolt and Magma Spray range) so what do we do? the easiest answer is equipment and enchantments that make him harder or even impossible to kill or give him protection from spells like Shielded by Faith, General's Kabuto and Darksteel Plate Then there is also the option to go tribal with Zurgo since cards like Coat of Arms can take him way above the amount of toughness where he can be removed by a 1 mana spell and attacking with a Shared Animosity is always nice.

Since there isn't really an option to make a tribal orcs deck the only tribal option left for Zurgo is warrior tribal and it is a well enough supported tribe that we can find enough mardu warriors that like being aggressive and enough lords to make this whole strategy viable (like Chief of the Edge, Herald of Dromoka, Lovisa Coldeyes and Boldwyr Intimidator).

So there you go, add some more tribal enchantments and artifacts, some ways to make Zurgo unblockable or give him trample and then add a little more removal and your done - this is the deck.
