The usual Tergrid deck, forcing discard and sac, stealing permanents. Powered down I think? With a slight budget as well.

Win-cons to make sure I can end the game; Professor Onyx with Chain of Smog, and Vorpal Sword. A number of tutors to help me get there.

I have both Cabal Coffers and Cabal Stronghold. With Expedition Map to help me grab one or the other.

Otherwise it's a pretty basic Tergrid deck, but I like to run a lot of protection for my commanders too, so you'll see that.
