I will be playing this deck next week and any suggestions for tuning would be appreciated.

No guarantee to win, BUT! I would like to have plenty of mana along the way.

The problem with my budget sisay build is a lack of tutorable super-power combo cards.

So my idea here is that Sisay basically is my card draw engine, allowing me to draw big creatures and have a board presence. The rest is ramp (i counted 20 ramp cards) and protection etc.

Hopefully i live long enough to squeeze out a victory with one of my win-con cards, Overwhelming Stampede or Triumph of the Hordes.
