Fun Kresh EDH deck. Get out creatures/tokens, kill off things, do whatever to feed +1/+1 counters. Mycoloth and Kresh are the main focus of the deck. Death's Presence attempts to keep counters on the field if Kresh is killed off.

I like the setup you have for this.

Might suggest adding Purphoros, God of the Forge given all the creature and token drops you have that'd be some nice icing to all the cake you're handing out. Also can pump all your creatures making them nicer for your commander and Death's Presence.

May be a bit off-theme, but Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord would create a painful (for your opponents) way to pump up your commander by saccing some tokens or creatures that'd be dying anyway. He'd also be pretty beefy with enough creatures in your graveyard.
