Everyone loves a good rogue's story. This list takes heavy inspiration from one of my personal DND character builds/concepts. A Ranger/Rogue/Fighter multiclass. Included is a nice equipment package for the Voltron the main character, Kelsien, the Plague. Additionally we have supporting characters from my playgroup in the form of Zurgo Helmsmasher and Taii Wakeen, Perfect Shot. The deck essentially takes a removal/control via removal approach. Initiative and Dungeon affects are as plentiful as are realistic for function and flavor. To close the game out are avenues including gates (there are exactly 10 within this color identity), one-shots via Rogue's Passage and Vorpal Sword, or treasures and Revel in Riches.
