This deck utilizes Ghyrson Starn, Kelermorph triggered ability by using permanents to ping your opponents to death. Alternative win cons are attatching Grafted Exoskeleton to Ghyrson Starn, Kelermorph for an easy infect win or beating your opponents down with the fast growing Chandra's Spitfire.

Cards like Curiosity or Tandem Lookout provide insane card draw with all the pinging going on. Draw on Damage, not just combat damage This deck also slighty uses devils due to their pinging on death. Zurzoth, Chaos Rider and Spiteful Prankster are great examples. Chandra, Acolyte of Flame's ability to make 1/1 tokens that get sacrificed have great synergy with Spiteful Prankster and Cavalcade of Calamity Standard Flashbacks

An alternative way to build this deck is End the Festivities tribal focusing on classic izzet instant & sorcery storm. Grapeshot would be insane if built that way. Another way is group-slug with cards like Mana Barbs or Burning Earth.

Last notes: The first thought for a lot of people building around this commander is using Pyrohemia. Unfortunately, it immediately kills Ghyrson Starn, Kelermorph with 1-2 uses. Ghyrson effects YOU too, not just your opponents. Also keep in mind that you have to deal damage, not loss of life. Sorry Psychosis Crawler.
