The main goal of any Magic deck is to have fun. My idea of fun is cheating out a bunch of giant fish, ramping up for easy cascade, and relentlessly bouncing the entire board so cascade can be used continuously so while my opponents are rebuilding their board, I have already rebuilt mine and have even more cards! This deck is not optimized and is simply a budget deck, although a non-budget version and competitive version would be hilarious imo
