I just wanna begin by saying WOTC is a big jerk for making me build this in order to have fun with weird creature types (weird being anything not elves/merfolk/goblin yada yada yada. Why did it have to be such a mean commander? Why does wizards show no care for us who like keeping our friends and playing on the same table more than once? F u wizards.

Strategy

You might have noticed this deck has a notable amount of ramp for a dimir deck. The idea is to get Toxrill out ASAP, controlling your opponents as you do it, and swing for the win since your opponents are most likely not gonna have anything to block anyway. We also like our opponents creatures dying, we like that a LOT, so much so that we can't rely on the chance of our opponents simply playing a deck that barely plays any creatures, which is why we have so many cards here that give'em those. So we can see them die, so we can get more sluggy friends, and profit. Oona is here for an alternate wincon, you know, in case toxrill died 4 times and you would rather dish 20 mana on her ability instead of casting the slug again.

That's it. Ramp, kill/counter threats, cast toxrill, swing for the win. Just as easy and sluggish as it can get.

Oh, and before anyone asks: NO I WILL NOT PUT THE BELL OR THE BIG FROGIFY IN THIS DECK. IF YOU THINK TOXRILL NEEDS TO GET MORE MEAN THAN ALREADY IS WITH THOSE ADDITIONS I SUGGEST YOU GET SOME HELP.
