Hey everyone, this is my attempt at a casual mono-black commander deck. I haven't gotten to play the deck much yet, and only once in an actual multiplayer match, so it is still very much in development.If you have any suggestions to the deck i would like to hear them, especially if they add some new interesting abilities to the deck. The deck is supposed to be pretty budget, and i do not really need it to become more powerfull as it is fully on par with the decks i play it against, but that doesn't mean I won't appreciate all suggestions =)

This concept of this deck is obviously to get the most benefit out of killing of your own poor creatures as you possibly can.

Call to the Grave, Kuon, Ogre Ascendant , Grave Pact and the likes, turns the battlefield into a phyrexian nightmare as easy for the opponents creatures to survive in as a nuclear wasteland, while Barter in Blood, Innocent Blood and the various removal spells serves to bring down any survivors.

As long as you have a Reassembling Skeleton, Oversold Cemetery, Breeding Pit or Nether Traitor you will never have to sacrifice an important creature yourself.

Now that creatures are dying like flies on both sides you might as well make some good use of all those corpses, with a Deathgreeter/ Dross Harvester , a Harvester of Souls , the Black Market and Pawn of Ulamog out, the merciless sacrifice of your own creatures will give you mana, life, tokens and card draw at no additional cost.

These benefits quickly grow to a level where you want your own creatures to die even faster than the opponents, which is why we place the poor bastards on Ashnod's alter and sacrifice them for mana.

There are even a couple of ways to make a creature die an infinite number of times in a single turn (what a horrible fate) which with the right cards out will net you an infinity of just about anything else, or you could just play Flesh Allergy for infinite damage.

The fact that the deck is mono-black makes all the various legendary creatures viable generals, which gives both flexibility and variation to the deck.

I know that some of the removal spells are sub-optimal, but i have mainly used those that i already have anyways, and it is quite fun to kill someones creature with a Slay .

Also a lot of the lands are probably worse than swamps, but basic lands are just so boring that i need to use some weird lands even though i play mono-colour. If anyone has some ideas for some cheap lands with fun abilities i would like to hear it.
