I'd say this deck is stock standard but Cosima is an unpopular commander choice.

Cosima gives the unique experience of playing weird ramp / landfall but in blue, only blue.

This is a ton of fun to play and I hope see one of the FishBowl (Crim mostly) people to give it shot!

Interactions to look out for:

Mutate with Cosima's ability on the stack then merge -> they all leave and split up as separate entities -> all receive the passive 'Landfall' ability

Works well with Spark Double too.

Oblivion Sower counts ALL exiled cards so follow a Sower up after a Graveyard Exile

Oblivion Sower can steal 4 lands from someone with Paralax Tide

*** Omenkeel is the better side but the deck suits Cosima more cause they are a fun way to draw cards

An Omenkeel wouldn't care about half of the cards in this list so playing the backside would give you a different experience which is non-represented in the deck building choice ***
