This deck largely revolves around manipulating life totals to win. The key thing to remember here is that Selenia's activated ability can be stacked as many times as you desire, causing you to plummet your own life total down to 2 or 1 (or even 0 if you have loss prevention).

Combos:

Lich/Phyrexian Unlife + Solitary Confinement/Delaying Shield/Glacial Chasm = Immortality

Lich + Anything that swaps or sets life totals = Instant Kills

Lich/Phyrexian Unlife + Ad Nauseum = Infinite Draw

Loss Prevention + Ad Nauseum = Infinite Draw

Lich + Children of Korlis/Tainted Remedy = Lots of draw

Selenia/Wall of Blood/Necropotence + Anything that swaps or sets life totals = Put people at 1 or 2 life.

Exquisite Blood + Sanguine Bond/Vizkopa Guildmage + any life loss or gain = Infinite

Tainted Remedy + Beacon of Immortality = Instant kill

Sanguine Bond/Vizkopa Guildmage + Children of Korlis/Tainted Sigil + Selenia/WoB/Necro = Massive loss of life

Ad Nauseum + Sickening Dreams + Loss Prevention/Damage Prevention = Massive damage

A large chunk of games are won by getting to 3B + 1W + 4 colorless for a total of 8 CMC with Lich or Phyrexian Unlife on the field, then playing AdNaus into Sickening Dreams + Angel's Grace. Plenty of other fun interactions if you don't want to blow out the game in one play, though.
