After changing the commander to Kaervek, I realized he was better slotted for this deck rather than Malfegor. The deck has mass discard with madness/flashback as a back up. These allow me to hit hard while keeping the hands of my opponents empty. I imagine where my opponent has gotten to the point of top decking and my Painful Quandary is out, do they play the spell for 5 life or do you discard the spell and take two life from Liliana's Caress . My opponent is at less than 10 life, and they try to play something with my Painful Quandary out, and then I Dash Hopes Which way does my opponent want to kill themselves?

I also want to give my opponent negative choices. I'm looking to extort, not the ability, but the purest definition of extort: "The obtaining of property from another induced by wrongful use of actual or threatened force, violence, or fear, or under color of official right
