Game of Chaos
Sorcery
Flip a coin. If you win the flip, you gain 1 life and target opponent loses 1 life, and you decide whether to flip again. If you lose the flip, you lose 1 life and that opponent gains 1 life, and that player decides whether to flip again. Double the life stakes with each flip.

Balaam__ after much deliberation, I think I've found some cards I would want to "collaborate" in the way you described:

It was so hard to wittle my list down to only 15 choices but I wanted to pick stuff from a large timespan; I know how you favor older, more flavorful cards!
Throughout the list you'll see things from throughout Homelands, Ice Age, and the like.
Admittedly some were not as strong picks as others in terms of building, but each one I chose for a bit of flavor, and a bit of "hey this card never gets love".
I hope these seem like appealing choices because I think each has a little "fringe-casual-upset-win-at-the-kitchen-table" kinda vibe.

Another couple cards! Backlash, Cinder Cloud, Choking Vines, Wheel of Fortune, Sylvan Library, Dazzling Beauty, Delirium, Disempower, Erratic Mutation, Essence Vortex, Feint, Fire Covenant, Glyph of Reincarnation, Hail Storm, Harmonic Convergence, Imps' Taunt, Lammastide Weave, Lava Storm, Long-Term Plans, Mages' Contest, Mask of the Mimic, Misinformation, Natural Selection, Outmaneuver, Psychic Barrier, Sandstorm, Scout's Warning, Seedtime, Shaman's Trance, Silhouette, Simulacrum, Siren's Call, Spore Cloud, Squall Line, Suffocation, Surge of Strength, Telim'Tor's Edict, Three Wishes, Thunderheads, Tidal Wave, Trailblazer, Transmutation, Vapor Snag, Venarian Glimmer, Warpath (and probably every other red card that cares about attacking and blocking creatures, some research needs to be done); Winter's Chill, Word of Command (maybe?) Big thing I really like in Okaum/Zndrsplt decks is the use of cards like Fling/Soul's Fire/Chandra's Ignition to do a crap load of damage!!!

Game of Chaos can be fun but requires someone to really play along. Most of the time people will stop after one or two flips. It totally fits the theme but since it requires voluntary participation it usually falls flat. This is really the only card that I would likely replace. I don't think I would switch out Progenitus so I would choose this card for Dragon Mage.
You may consider taking out one of the doubling spells: Fork, Reverberate, or Twincast. They can really be fun because they interact not only with your opponent's spells but your own spells for double the chaos! Maybe just replace one or so depending on what you have in mind.
Chaos Moon can be hit or miss depending on how lively the board state is.

While building my Chaos deck I came across this, Game of Chaos card, not sure I understand hiw it works.
"You flip a coin target opponent calls Heads or Tails", that's fairly straightforward. One of the part that confuses me is "The loser of the flip loses 1 life. The winner of the flip gain 1 life". Does this means I'm playing the coin toss too? The coin toss is between me and target opponent?
The second thing that I'm confused about is the " and may choose to repeat this process" part. Does it means that whomever wins can repeat the effect again? Can a new target be designated by the winner?

so seems like a fun deck but I think you should add more rng coin flipping I like the demon imp and devil subtheme but krark's other thumb actually doesn't seem to have a trigger in the deck but here are some cards that flip coins in those colors Aleatory Boompile Chance Encounter Chaotic Goo Chaotic Strike Creepy Doll Crooked Scales Desperate Gambit Fiery Gambit Fighting Chance Game of Chaos Goblin Archaeologist Goblin Bomb Goblin Kaboomist Karplusan Minotaur Mana Clash Planar Chaos Puppet's Verdict Risky Move those are the ones i found and i think you should run at least some of them
