I love the minotaur tribe but.... to do it justice in legacy and be competitive it needs to go harder.
A few ideas I had previously simular to what was said before but i haven't been happy with a list.
Heartless Summoning power out creatures and kraguma warcaller
Cloudstone Curio combo with the minotaurs/ shapeshifters that are free with Ragemonger for infinite etb with Impact Tremors
A tempo deck with clone effects and counterspells adding blue 2 Kragma Warcallers will win a game quickly
Standstill plus Didgeridoo make good friends. Good version of the deck has been run by Boshandroll on youtube.

It's not a tribe I'm familiar with, and I don't have much info on your budget, but I'll give my general suggestions for cuts and adds.
Adds: Deathbellow War Cry it's expensive, but you're going to get so much value.Moraug, Fury of Akoum def not budget, but it's the best minotaur finisher. Didgeridoo not budget, but it'll help save a lot on casting costs. you end up discarding a lot too, you could put in Containment Construct, especially if you put in something like Neheb, Dreadhorde Champion in there. Magar of the Magic Strings looks like you probably have enough spells in there for it to be cool. Lastly maybe Thrill of Possibility could be decent.
Cuts: Black suns zenith, Ruby medallion because you're not mono-red, minotaur explorer because why? Abrade, if you really want that effect then run Rakdos Charm. Besides that I don't see too much that I don't agree with.
Overall it seems like a pretty well put together deck.

Epicurus, I really wish Didgeridoo interacted with them in some way... I love the idea of telling my opponent I'm going to Didgeridoo the Double Dingus! :)

I think Didgeridoo needs to be in this deck. For absolutely no other reason than just that the name is fun to say alongside double dingus.

Oh, this deck looks incredible, ver, very cool. I have my own 60-card minotaurs, but your deck really makes me reconsider commanderifying it.
Your description made me realize how insane Sethron would be with Cryptic Gateway. You could deploy your very hand of minotaurs for free just with Gateway, Sethron and his own token. This is basically a second Didgeridoo.
A draw spell I like a lot in my Moraug, Fury of Akoum is Imposing Grandeur. Sethron costs 5 mana, so having this seems useful enough, already.

The best Slivers deck I've ever run was a deck revolving around using Didgeridoo or Sorin, Imperious Bloodlord to drop Morophon, the Boundless, then casting The First Sliver for free and cascading a bunch of cards. I used cards like Hibernation Sliver and Wheel of Fate to keep the cycle going.
It was capable of turn 1 wins but it wasn't very consistent. Adding Brainstorm and such helped matter, but it wasn't perfect.
(Note: just noticed that you specified Modern. My bad.)
