Hey Venum, I realize that I phrased my words poorly for the Valley Rally. The difference is that Valley Rally says "Creatures you control get +2/+0" meaning that if you have just 5 creatures + Zada, it would give all your 6 creatures +12/+0 from the 6 copies of Valley Rally whereas Sudden Breakthrough only gives +2/+0 and a treasure per creature. Perhaps you did already realize this though and simply meant you prefer treasure to damage in which case I defer to your judgement.

KayneMarco Yeah, revel and the dragons are just more money than I'm comfortable spending for cards. Revel was in the original deck concept, but I cut it due to costs. I don't see treasure vault adding much value to the deck even though it makes treasures.
It's not to say they wouldn't work in the deck, just not really in my budget to be spending that much for cards. My decks I try to make run by getting insane value out of budget cards, commons and uncommon that people don't usually see used. Mostly because, as of this deck, I have 11 assembled commander decks so that works out to a lot of money spread out over them. If someone is using this deck idea to make a deck, those cards will obviously work if you want to pay for them. But it for sure works without them too

I'll have to give it some more thought on specific goblins but just off the top of my head I feel like Lava Darts will work great at controlling the board a bit (against fairies, white weenie, etc.) and they pair well with Guttersnipe.

I strongly suggest Outcaster Trailblazer. Ideally you have Fanatic of Rhonas turn 2, then play outcaster turn 3 + gitrog from outcaster () + . Draw a card, swing with outcaster saddled. Become table archenemy.

Thank you for the suggestions! Psychic Corrosion and Mortivore were actually in the original list.
The corrosion was cut for Memory Erosion, mainly because the consistent card draw effects that you mentioned are large targets for my playgroup, so they rarely stick around. At that point, Memory Erosion often got more value over time.
Mortivore was cut for Nighthowler. The regenerate clause basically never came up (either cant be regenerated wraths or exile effects) and bestowing a Nighthowler to recover after some creature removal or wraths proved to be stronger in the long game.
Unstoppable Plan is an interesting one. At first glance, it looks like a "win more" card, but given that you can react to it on the stack makes it significantly better (tapping your creatures in response to the trigger, so you don't just tap all your creatures and have it removed with nothing left to block). Unsure of what to cut, but definitely worth testing in some capacity.
I've got some thinking to do!

You're correct amarthaler ! I added the 3 Mountains due to needing more from Mine Collapse + Fireblast but I noticed that as soon as I added the 3. Mana Flood! I moved some stuff around and I think I am happy with the current configuration. 18 Basics, 17 Instants, 13 Creatures and 12 Sorceries. Please advise if you know of any more Goblin related Old-Frame cards. I'd love to see what to upgrade!

I appreciate the recommendations! I’m only partly trying to swarm, however. The deck is more about quickly establishing a board presence with cheap artifacts and creatures, then sacrificing those for value (e.g. Ichor Wellspring) and creating 4/1 skeletons with menace in the process. The deck doesn’t have any go-wide or Goblin payoffs, instead preferring to goad other creatures or use evasion to push the last points of damage through.
I find one-shot effects like Dragon Fodder and Krenko's Command to be inefficient in Commander — there are simply better ways to make tokens (Goblin Rabblemaster and friends). Two vanilla 1/1s is simply not powerful enough to justify a card slot. Krenko, Mob Boss is certainly strong, but does not mesh well with the themes of the deck. There are very few haste enablers and no untap effects, making it hard to get full value out of Krenko. Beyond that, Goblins are not a focus of the deck, meaning that Krenko will typically make a handful of 1/1s. Playtest the deck a few times and you’ll see what I mean — Krenko is a little slow.
Thanks for the feedback!

Play a ton of lands. Earthbend and beat down with Craterhoof Behemonth or Hardened Scales. Use The Ozolith to do dumb stuff with counters (e.g., throw em on an Inkmoth Nexus). If that doesn't work, Scapeshift into Valakut. Walking Ballista and infinite mana combos. Blood Moon and Yavimaya to tap the artifacts. Exploit the artifacts are lands, give em counters, sac em to Zuran Orb for value.
Uncertain on how many earthbend cards are necessary to go off consistently. Playing with that balance a little bit, so the list is a work in progress.

And I agree with you on getting value from lands. In this case I opted for Haunted Mire as a target for my land cyclers though. Strangled Cemetery is a cool land. I didn't know about that run of lands. I'll keep it in mind in the future.

Always appreciate a good Dredge build. My only suggestion might be to run Jungle Hollow or Strangled Cemetery instead of Haunted Mire. It’s Pauper so any dual land will have inherent drawbacks, so you might as well gain a point of life or go with the slim possibility of it not entering play tapped.

I already have Spirit of the Aldergard present in the deck. I originally had Replicating Ring included but dropped it for being a 3 mana ramp. might look to reinclude that along with an Arcane Signet (even though it isn't a snow permanent) for additional ramp.
I took a look at your Isu deck, love the incorporation of Hylda of the Icy Crown and the tap subtheme. might look to adjust to incorporate some of those ideas!

I don't know if Hivestone would really add anything extra for utility here, but it's a permanent effect that pumps all your creatures. for an anthem? There's also Kudo, King Among Bears, but that has timing issues with Figure of Fable and shrinks Tajuru Paragon, both of which are probably a little more valuable.

Cut the Cloudposts. etb tapped is too slow for Vintage. Add:
2 Ancient Tomb for sure.
1 Library of Alexandria! Or Waterlogged Grove?
1 Academy Ruins perhaps, maybe?
1 Urza's Saga kind of a nonbo with Tabernacle but the tutor seems clutch with all the jewelry. Now you can cut 2 or 3 Manifold Key for a full playset of Horn of Greed to max out the land strategy.
Since we are burning $ maybe upgrade some of those islands into Tropical Island
Mana Drain is perfect for accelerating Horn of Greed or paying for Dark Depths. The 8 Forces might be too many for a list light in blue. Mental Misstep and the Crop Rotation might serve a better role... Teferi's Response ;)

I'm not sure if I'm missing some synergies for Blood Pet, but maybe Jeweled Amulet would be a better option? The only scenario where Blood Pet has an edge that I can figure is when you either need a blocker or want to use the mana the same turn you cast it, which seems narrow compared to the option of saving up whatever mana you actually want, such as for a counter.

3x Crop Rotation was the only glaring omission in this powerful creative pile. Without knowing how it pilots I would suggest cutting 1 Horn of Greed and 2 Tolaria West.
No Fastbond!? I like the idea of Horn of Greed in Vintage, a notorious low land count format, but if you aren't running Fastbond or Exploration you aren't abusing to full potential.
4x Tabernacle would benefit from a single copy of Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth or Yavimaya, Cradle of Growth.
Cut an island for Minamo, School at Water's Edge. Untapping Tolarian Academy seems good.
Boseiju, Who Endures answers problematic permanents to the strategy.

That’s true, Lofty Denial wouldn’t do much good in that scenario. I wish I had some sideboard advice to offer, but I’m still new to Pioneer myself. I’ve been going with generic catch-all type cards whenever I play, and with mixed results. I need a Pioneer sensei to guide me, ha

Balaam__ This deck came together better than I expected thematically, and those counterspells slotted right in. A slight problem with Lofty Denial is that the dragons usually sit in hand until turn 5-ish, so the Dragon-specific counterspells are easier to get the most out of.

I feel like Valley Rally is rip-off of Sudden Breakthrough.
that being said, Goblin Negotiation seems like a good idea for creating maybe 20-30+ goblins. if i have enough treasure/mana, i could give them haste, cast Zada again and then attack

I like the thematic touch Silumgar's Scorn and Dispelling Exhale add to what’s basically a Mana Leak. Since everything you cast has flying I was going to suggest Lofty Denial, but the aforementioned spells have more flavor.

If I may be so bold as to suggest Valley Rally? You give an opponent 5 thanksgivings worth of food that they don't have the mana to activate, and then each creature you control gets First strike and gets +2/+0 for every single creature you control. Goblin Negotiation also seems interesting but likely is overly mana intensive.

Your deck looks pretty solid. I have a few general suggestions more than anything in terms of specific swaps:
-
In my experience, Isshin thrives off staying lighter in cmc. Everyone's group is different, but having more of his deck in the 2-4 cmc range helps with quicker starts and rebuilds after board wipes.
-
Speaking of quicker starts, I'd recommend maybe swapping 1-2 equipments for another mana rock or two, esp since your average cmc is closer to 3.5.
-
If you cut a couple cards that are 5 cmc and over and swap them for lands, I think things should run a bit more smoothly.
You have a lot of solid pieces that most Isshin decks want. I think just a few more "meat and potatoes" edits can help with smoothing things out a bit more. If you're looking for more specific feedback or swap suggestions I'd be happy to chat.
