The current commander deck that I'm working on, its mostly budget and for fun. Mainly control and bounce effects. Main from of win condition is Talrand and his Drakes. But there is also a fun combo with Isochron Scepter, Dramatic Reversal, and Capsize, or any other card with the buy back mechanic. Doesn't always work, but fun when it does. (Fun for the person using it at least)

Like I said before, its a working progress so any recommended changes will be greatly appreciated.
