Kiku, Night's Flower can make target creature deal damage to itself equal to its power if you tap her and pay .

So the main plan of this deck is to force opponents' creatures to assassinate themselves.

Arcane Lighthouse and Glaring Spotlight help you get those hard-to-reach creatures that can be so pesky.

There are several cards, like Essence Extraction, that can give you a little extra damage in case any creature's power is less than its toughness. Several such cards include X spells, like Consume Spirit, that can be targeted at a player for burn as well.

Cards like Final-Sting Faerie can also finish off damaged creatures.

Enchantments like Treacherous Link can turn Kiku's ability into burn.

And, of course, taking out your opponents' toughest creatures means yours can get through for damage more easily.

I think this deck would be a lot of fun. Also, it's cheap!
