Neat deck! I had something similar in MTGA but I used Grixis colors for efficient draw and better multi-creature burn spells.
Mono black doesn’t have much access to direct creature burn spells, but there are a few that I’ve found that would be a good fit for your deck. Pharika's Cure is just a strictly better Last Kiss and Wail of the Nim pairs very well with Pestilent Spirit as a field wipe that can also protect your own creatures.

I found out that Ayli is featured in the super cool art of Curse of Wizardry! It's also featured in the flavour texts of Hand of Emrakul, Landbind Ritual, Last Kiss, Corrupted Crossroads, Consuming Sinkhole, Blinding Drone and Eldrazi Monument.

Scoured Barrens over Orzhov Guildgate (Unless it's there for flavor reasons. Esper Panorama, Evolving Wilds, or Terramorphic Expanse are great fetch cards
If you need some life gain to stick around try Tendrils of Corruption, Essence Drain, or Last Kiss (Misfits reference)

I really like all the synergy between the token generators and Prossh, himself. That being said, Bane Alley Blackguard, Undergrowth Scavenger, Last Kiss, Godtracker of Jund, Scarland Thrinax, Skarrg Guildmage and Grisly Spectacle could all be replaced with cards that suit this deck better. These cards aren't without their merit though, and keeping them in is always an option. After all, these are only my suggestions.
