Lorehold Precon Upgrade with a $50 upgrade limit! This deck primarily wins through combat and going wide, whether with Karn-structs or just pumping the artifact creatures that will naturally accumulate, but there are a few ways to close out the game:

First of all is the Alibou scry-ball ability. Clock of omens will allow all artifacts on-board to be tapped for a one-shot effect, plus the added benefit of scrying the same value.

The second win-condition is an alternative win-con with Hellkite Tyrant. Due to the density of artifacts in this deck, achieving a critical mass is a very reasonable goal, and one that is helped along by cards like Mishra's Self-Replicator.

The third win condition is primarily a way to close out the game once you're ahead, and that is a lock. Darksteel Forge and Nevinyrral's Disk combine to wipe each opponent's board every turn while keeping your board intact. There is also a copy of Soulscour that can achieve a similar result in this deck, thanks to the heavy ramp package as well as the inclusion of artifact lands.
