Making this deck after a realization I had playing commander with friends: Winning is fun, insane board positions are more fun. Most cards Incoming!, Eureka , Gate to the AEther are to generally facilitate chaos and craziness. Crown of Doom, Lightning Storm, Risky Move are fun, diplomatic cards that don't necessarily increase disorder but certainly increase fun. Riku as a commander allows you to copy spells such as Show and Tell or Hypergenesis and also throw up a huge wall of defenders to hide behind so you can keep up your work uninterrupted. Note that you will also be getting things like Darksteel Colossus and Worldspine Wurm. Try to maintain a non-intervention policy and simply aggravate the other players toward each other. You are Switzerland! (if Switzerland was supplying nukes to both sides of the war)

Please, recommend similar cards that I have missed, or cards that would make a good addition to this type of deck.

DISCLAIMER: this deck will probably (almost certainly) not win. But, heh, It'll be a pretty sweet ride up until then.
