With a lot of input from the community, thought, tinkering, and lessons learned from others' decks, I think I've finally gotten this deck optimized for what it's trying to do: play morphs, draw cards, and win with some fun combos and secret commanders. Phage - One-shot commander, Yedora - Combo commander

Morphs, Kadena, and Draw Engine Fuel

A card with the morph keyword can be played facedown for {3} and then flipped face up later at any time, for their morph cost, to trigger an effect on the card. In this deck the morph slots largely compose the deck's interaction. Playing and flipping morphs is pretty inefficient until Kadena is in play. The first morph you play face down each turn is now free and also draws you a card. This gives morphs a new role as they help dig through our deck. Add in flash to play a free morph and draw a card on our opponents' turns. Add in an effect like Beast Whisperer and baby you got a stew going.

Send Phage into Mordor

Phage the Untouchable + The Black Gate or Rogue's Passage

You can also clear the way with March of Swirling Mist or push through lethal with Craterhoof Behemoth, Temur Charger, or Tribal Forcemage. Either land can be tutored with Tolaria West. Another candidate to send through is a Riptide Entrancer.

Till and Mill - Yedora, Grave Gardener + Ruthless Ripper/Temur Charger/Proteus Machine/Dragon's Eye Savants + Altar of Dementia

Infinite mill, infinite green mana

Activate Altar of Dementia and sacrifice Temur Charger, triggering Yedora when Temur Charger dies causing Temur Charger to return to the battlefield facedown as a Forest land, resolve Altar of Dementia, tap the Temiur Charger forest for {G}, morph Ripper/Temur Charger/Proteus Machine/Savants, repeat to mill the table

Rip and Tear - Yedora, Grave Gardener + Ruthless Ripper + Phyrexian Altar

Infinite lifedrain, infinite colored mana

Activate the available Altar by sacrificing Ruthless Ripper. Yedora triggers, returning Ruthless Ripper to the battlefield face-down as a Forest land. Tap the facedown Ruthless Ripper Forest and add {G}. Morph Ruthless Ripper by revealing a black card from your hand, turning it face-up. Ruthless Ripper triggers, causing target player to lose two life. Repeat to drain the table.

Fungal Apocalypse - Yedora, Grave Gardener + Thelonite Hermit + Phyrexian Altar

Infinite creature tokens, infinite colored mana

Sacrifice Thelonite hermit for {G}, Yedora triggers returning Thelonite Hermit to the battlefield as a facedown forest, tap the forest for {G}, morph Thelonite hermit to make 4 saprolings, sacrifice 3 saprolings for {3}, repeat for infinite saprolings and sacrifice those saprolings with the altar for infinite colored mana.

Trial by Combat - Yedora, Grave Gardener + Tribal Forcemage + Phyrexian Altar

Infinitely large non-morph creatures with trample until end of turn

Activate available altar and sacrifice Tribal Forcemage, Yedora triggers returning Tribal Forcemage to the battlefield as a facedown forest, tap the forest for {G}, morph Tribal Forcemage, repeat to make your non-morph creatures infinitely big with trample until end of turn.

Pickle Lock

Use Vesuvan Shapeshifter to recur Brine Elemental’s flip effect for 2 mana each of your turns. This is not a way to win but if nobody can interact this deck will find a way to.

Infinite Mana

Yedora, Grave Gardener + Temur Charger/Proteus Machine/Dragon's Eye Savants + Phyrexian Altar

Sacrifice the morph with Phyrexian Altar for one mana of any color, causing it to die, causing Yedora to trigger and it to return to the battlefield as a facedown Forest land. Morph Temur Charger/Proteus Machine/Dragon's Eye Savants, repeat for infinite colored mana.

Yedora, Grave Gardener + Disruptive Pitmage/Grim Haruspex/Voidmage Prodigy + Phyrexian Altar

Sacrifice one of the morphs to Phyrexian Altar for the color of mana of their morph cost, causing the creature/morph to die, causing Yedora to trigger and causing it to return to the battlefield as a facedown Forest land. Tap the facedown Forest for {G}. Flip the facedown Forest for its morph cost. Repeat for infinite green mana.
