This is a "Wastes matter" deck. It's my first attempt at a Kozilek build, and I'm discovering that many cards aren't as good as I want them to be, and that my curve is too high--I can't depend on my mana rocks all the time. *A*ltered cards mean proxies in my deck, which make them higher priority for cuts.
