Includes all the classic ideas of H.P Lovecraft. I include some self-imposed restrictions before summoning one of the big Eldrazi to make the deck more thematic. 1.) Introduce your protagonist. Must be someone of logic and reason who has an inner drive to discover the truth despite the coming horror. 2.) Investigate. You must begin the investigation. At this point play a few minor terrors to indicate that something is amiss. 3.) Grimoire of the Dead or Folio of Fancies must be on the field. This is the Necronomicon. After seeing this, play some insanity effects to start showing the fleeting mental condition of your character. 4.) Use some tutor effect. You must learn the process to summon a Cosmic God before you can do so. 5.) Perform the ritual. This ritual will complete the summoning. 6.) Summon a Cosmic Horror This deck has been a ton of fun to brew. Every card is designed to have some kind of flavor. Another possibility is to make the commander the protagonist but I haven't found a good dimir commander to represent it. A possibility is Gisa and Geralf. The maybeboard also contains parts of the Grixis version with Nekusar, the Mindrazer as the commander.
