A budget deck with TONS of interaction. For your opponents you can be their best friend or the BANE of their existence. Use your arsenal of targeted removal to take care of problematic permanents and curry favor with certain opponents. But remember, a bounty hunter's loyalty is only to themselves, so politicking your way into deals with the player who can most benefit you is your primary goal. Offer a kill spell here and there in exchange for favors as you secretly build your way to a big finish with "Command the Dreadhorde". Or take your prey as your own with "Grave Betrayal". And of course there is the classic "Revel in Riches" win by destroying your opponents creatures one by one or with a massive boardwipe.
