This deck utilizes Taigam, Sidisi's Hand's upkeep trigger to fill it's graveyard in order to gain value. The deck runs lots of flashback spells and recursion, whether it be for instants & sorceries, or creatures. All of the reanimation is spell based purposely. Since this deck usually wins through something like Runechanter's Pike on an Invisible Stalker or Blighted Agent, any card that could be a non-permanent spell, is. The deck also has a few cute interactions with Taigam, though my favorite has to be Vengeful Pharaoh. Bin the pharaoh, then have a creature hit you, kill it, putting pharaoh on top of your library, then binning it again with Taigam on your upkeep, rinse and repeat. This deck is looking to play the long game with a ton of removal (a lot of which being Taigam himself), and counterspells, then reanimating big dumb creatures or runchanter's piking your opponents out of the game. If you're planning on playing this deck yourself, keep in mind that this deck is land-heavy for a reason. HIT YOUR LAND DROPS. It may be tempting to take an Expropriate over a land with Taigam's ability, but you have ways of recurring the Expropriate. Take the land.
