This is the commander precon deck 'Prismari Performance', upgraded on a budget. The deck operates by encouraging the casting of many instant and sorcery spells, which will activate the abilities of permanents you control (twice if using your commander, or potentially more than twice with Harmonic Prodigy).

Utilize cards like Guttersnipe, Ral, Storm Conduit, Kessig Flamebreather, Niv-Mizzet, Parun, and eventually Ashmouth Dragon to wittle down your opponents' health. Cards such as Young Pyromancer, Murmuring Mystic, Saheeli, Sublime Artificer, Talrand, Sky Summoner and Docent of Perfection  can be utilized to quickly fill the board with tokens for offensive and defensive purposes.

Please let me know if there are any budget upgrades that could improve this deck, as it is not perfectly optimized, and lacks artifact/enchantment removal choices.
