Balmor, Battlemage Captain
Legendary Creature — Bird Wizard
Flying
Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell, creatures you control get +1/+0 and gain trample until end of turn. (This creature can deal excess combat damage to the player, planeswalker or battle this is attacking if lethal combat damage would be dealt to all blocking creatures.)

Looks great! I've built a similar deck and it's very good, here's some recommended upgrades or possible swaps for fun:
1) Crash Through can be traded for all/a few Expedite to work better with with Adeliz, the Cinder Wind and Harmonic Prodigy, albeit a little slower.
2) Balmor, Battlemage Captain adds to the whole prowess mechanic and buffs your board like Adeliz; I would replace some Umara Mystic with a few of him.
3) Viashino Pyromancer is a cheaper verison of Ghitu Journeymage and is better unless you're doing multi-player.
4) Step Through is a 2 mana tutor that costs almost nothing! Sadly it doesn't trigger prowess etc.
5) Soul-Scar Mage is a bit pricier but would be a nice one drop.
6) Naru Meha, Master Wizard and Docent of Perfection Flip are also good lords to consider.
7) Talrand, Sky Summoner is a good budget swap for Archmage Emeritus for people who don't own any!

Playtested 3 games against my deck. Glad to see you included my commander Minn, Wily Illusionist. Found everything very expensive. I would suggest adding some lower cost legendaries. All these 4/5/6 drops you have could be switched over for 2 drops, can play twice as many in one turn to activate your commanders effect more often.
Some quick suggestions from a quick MTG search:
- Drafna, Founder of Lat-Nam
- Balmor, Battlemage Captain
- Baral, Chief of Compliance
- Erayo, Soratami Ascendant Flip
- Jacob Hauken, Inspector Flip
- Jhoira, Ageless Innovator - Definitely include
- Kami of the Crescent Moon
- Rona, Herald of Invasion Flip - Definitely include
Additionally, I'd suggest some cards that react more to all the card draw (even if they aren't legendaries):

Balmor, Battlemage Captain could be run. Run a bunch of fliers, use instants and sorceries to buff them along with whatever else they do and just run over your opponents. Add Tetsuko Umezawa, Fugitive into the 99 so all your low toughness creatures are unblockable when you boost their power

I think you could safely cut Raff, Weatherlight Stalwart or Balmor, Battlemage Captain, mostly because I don't think you're running enough of a volume on Instants and Sorceries to consistently. Since you're playing a very creature heavy strat, there are a variety of board protection effects you could run, depending on your budget:
- Lazotep Plating
- Dolmen Gate
- Heroic Intervention
- Akroma's Will - Board protection, but also acts as an aggro finisher.
The last 3 options aren't very budget, but Heroic Intervention and Akroma's Will are very helpful cards in EDH. If your play group is cool with it, you could always proxy them before purchasing.
Additionally you could add a couple more removal effects like:
The more you play the deck irl, the more you'll get a feel for what effects you like most and what synergizes well. Playing 5 colors as a new player is a bit ambitious, but kudos to you for taking it on. To make your play experience a bit easier, I'd recommend trying to make as many things in your deck be 1-2 colors as often as possible to reliably cast things.
Welcome to MtG and happy brewing!
