The goal of the deck is to get the Initiative as many times possible, and just blast through the Undercity. It might not look like there's a payoff for completing the Undercity, and you'd be correct. I'm playing pretty much every single take the initiative card possible, and in the case I find none of my other ETBs, I at least always have my army of small dirdly creatures that can attack through and take it back. Eventually these small creatures will attack for some real dmg with Rilsa's attack trigger. It's not the most powerful deck out there, but it's currently one of my absolute favorites to play.
