Ultra-budget Urza deck. I dared myself to make a "fair" Urza deck with the following restriction: no individual card over 2 bucks.

The game plan is to throw as many 2-mana rocks to bring out Urza on turn 3, and then drop a lot of junk (0, 1 and 2-mana artifacts, even further reduced by Etherium Sculptor and such). Tap the junk for mana, and bounce it all with Hurkyl's Recall, Paradoxical Outcome, Rebuild or Displacement Wave, and then cast it all again. Draw a bunch of cards (mainly with Riddlesmith), and dig till you find Temporal Fissure. With a big enough Storm count, bounce all opponents' permanents.

Alternate and simpler wincons are bashing with the (probably) huge construct that Urza brings (which can be doubled by blinking Urza with Essence Flux), or with the Broodstar.
