I am tired of having so many cool blue spells that I am not able to cast due to their high mana cost. I tried Jhoira but she was too difficult to use nicely, that leaves me with ramp, thus I turn to green, this leaves me with simic colors. The goal of the deck being mana ramp and card draw I am left with one choice as a commander: Kruphix, God of Horizons.

So for anyone that is here to help, I want this deck to be pretty close to 50% ramp and 50% card draw, leaning heavily towards instants and sorceries.
