Don't know if this is better than my previous effort, but it's something.

The idea is to transform Scion into a copy of a dragon that deals damage to creatures, give it deathtouch, and clear the board while hitting for commander damage. Vampiric Dragon with deathtouch can pick off a variety of creatures, make your commander bigger, and allow you to kill someone next turn with double strike.

Earthquake Dragon works with Soul's Majesty and Rush of Knowledge.

Use Touch of Moonglove, when possible, in combination with Scourge of Kher Ridges to nuke the board and make each opponent lose a bunch of life.

Hua Tuo, Honored Physician and Junktroller will allow you to repeatedly bash opponents with Dragon Tyrant, provided you didn't draw it.
