Toluz is a fun little twist for Esper Cycling in EDH -- She's got that nifty exile ability that lets you restock your hand off of cycling rather than filling the grave.

But, at the same time, blue gives us access to wizardcycling effects -- We've got some ETB wizard goodstuff in here too to abuse with flicker effects like Astral Slide and even something as humble as Pit Keeper or Tortured Existence
