Nekugal, Praetors' Mistake is a custom commander I made. It is basically an anti-Atraxa, Praetors' Voice.

This deck focuses on being generally oppressive while using cards with disadvantaged counters like cumulative upkeep or shortening suspend times. Sagas are also great with the custom Dwindle mechanic (reverse proliferate). Some Sagas like Phyrexian Scriptures and The Akroan War are incredible strong with Nekugal allowing you to constantly boardwipe except for Nekugal and steal creatures each upkeep.

Primary win con is commander damage with Nekugal, Praetors' Mistake.

Headcannon Lore: After Sheoldred, Whispering One and Urabrask the Hidden were almost annihilated by Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite, they escaped and decided they needed a weapon against Elesh Norn. Usong Sheoldred's knowledge of Atraxa, Praetors' Voice, they decided to form their own champion using the most powerful enitity they could find: a remnant of the Eldrazi invasion. In doing so, they granted the Eldrazi remnant with Phyrexian compleation, but their new creation, Nekugal, would not submit to their whims, and a became unrelenting force that they had to flee from.
