A work in progress, to build a Rakdos, Lord of Riots EDH - but with a twist. I wanted to utilise 'torture' effects, such as Blazing Salvo and other cards that require harsh decisions. Most of my other Commanders are rather competitive (See: Sygg, River Guide Merfolk Control; Ghave Token Swarm) so I wanted to make a dafter one in comparison.

EDIT 1
Okay, so hopefully the deck is now in some kind of basic form. I intend on building it as is and testing it a few times with my playgroup. Edits after that will come as and when!

EDIT 2
So far, it has been determined this is very much a multiplayer inclined version of a Rakdos, LOR commander. That said, it's had some epic hits and misses in one on one (including a very dramatic scoop: ten life; Final Fortune; murder opponent's commander in extra turn and then concede with loss. Lolol). Few cards added to the maybeboard and adjusted the manabase with slightly cheaper taplands.
