I don't know what I'm doing but here I am trying to build my own Millicent deck. My intention is to create lots of spirits... i don't have a win condition... just deal damage. I don't own many expensive cards to be able to do any sort of win condition. It will be my first azorius deck.

Edit 1: looking at the pricing for mana drain and some other cards in the deck, I will not be getting them but will look for alternative to fill up the space.

Edit 2: I've taken some suggestions and added them. Expensive cards that cost more than $5 will need a placeholder card until that card can be acquired.
