I want to make a food deck work, but most of the playstyles available for that don't seem fun to me. This deck is now the result of several rounds of suggestions, cuts, additions, repricings, and a couple of trades with friends and partners to get cards that would otherwise be slightly more expensive than I want to include here. Net result, I managed to make a deck for $50, although the actual price to buy it is closer to $70.

The goal is to make lots of food tokens and have lots of things that benefit from us making them, using them, or sacrificing them.

Yisan tutor picks {1} through {3}

{1} is Gilded Goose if we need more food or Ravenous Squirrel if we need sac / draw

{2} is Pippin, Warden of Isengard (preferred over Meriadoc Brandybuck or Tough Cookie)

{3} is Jaheira, Friend of the Forest if we need mana, Academy Manufactor if we need tokens, or Chatterfang, Squirrel General if we need squirrels (Lower priority options include Mayhem Devil, Braids, Experimental Confectioner, Gimli, Greta, Judith, Mahadi, Peregrin Took, or Rapacious Guest. Lowest priority are Savvy Hunter, Sprouting Thrinax, or Tireless Provisioner)
