Modern Grixis Shadow Aggro. This deck revolves around indiscriminate pain

Creatures:

• Monastery Swiftspear enters early and swiftly, taking advantage of magic to hit hard
• Sprite Dragon is fast, elusive and gets fat feeding on spells
• Stormwing Entity is a powerful flyer that adds deck fixing
• Death's Shadow capitalizes on my life loss to become big and scary
• Scourge of the Skyclaves gets increasingly stronger as life totals drop
• Snapcaster Mage flashbacks a spell I might need to use again and can serve as a surprise blocker

Non-creature spells:

• Fatal Push, Thoughtseize and Lightning Bolt are staple cards in the format and fit well here
• Night's Whisper speeds up the game by digging for answers and contributing to Shadow
• Inquisition of Kozilek further ravages opposing hands
• Temur Battle Rage is an unexpected and often deadly combat trick
• Stubborn Denial shuts down interactions
• Distortion Strike grants safe hits with attack bonus
• Claim / Fame reanimates casualties and then is used as a nice buff

Sideboard (not final):

• Damnation is great against heavy Aggro and Tokens
• Flinging a Shadow, Scourge or a buffed Prowess creature delivers ranged agony
• Nihil Spellbomb cleans up graveyards
• Mutagenic Growth contributes to life loss and pumps up attackers for 0 mana
• Pithing Needle neutralizes Planeswalkers and many other intimidating cards
• Smash to Smithereens burns through artifacts
• Rain of Gore turns healing into dying
