I've always wanted to make a mono-black deck for EDH, but I didn't like how most black generals couldn't reliably interact on the stack. After finding Chainer, I knew I had to build a deck around him. The deck's premise is pretty simple: control the game until you can drain everyone with Gray Merchant or Kokusho, or beat everyone down with their own creatures.
