The gimmick behind this deck is that Halana, Kessig Ranger has the ability to pay 2 mana whenever another creature enters the battlefield, and then "that creature" deals damage equal to its power to target creature an opponent controls. So if "that creature" also happens to have deathtouch, it just becomes: "Whenever another creature enters the battlefield under your control, you may pay 2 and destroy target creature an opponent controls." Seems pretty good to me.

Super-budget and looks fun.
