This is my upgraded Phantom Premonition deck, with Ranar still at the helm. The focus is primarily blink as much as possible, taking advantage of good ETBs, and making good use of the 1/1 spirits. There’s still tweaks to be made, as with most deck, but this is still currently my baby performing quite well in my play tests.
