Can you really play a creature-centric strategy in Izzet colors? Well, of course you can, if you put your mind to it! This is my attempt to make an Izzet deck that doesn't win by just comboing off, which I find boring, since the game ends the same way every time. So instead of doing stupid broken things with Mizzix of the Izmagnus, we're just going to do stupid normal things. Like make a bazzilion tokens with Metallurgic Summonings, Talrand, Sky Summoner, and Goblin Offensive.

Then turn the whole stinking lot of them into dragons wtih Dragonshift.

Then kill everyone at the table with Tears of Rage.

Then do the whole thing again with Past in Flames.

And have Counterflux backup the whole time.

Seems fun to me!
